Returns/Refunds/Cancellations: All Sales Final
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is defective or damaged. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at blessedbeethehive@gmail.com. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by either replacing the item or providing a refund once the item has been returned.
Please note that any claims for defective items must be accompanied by photos of the product as well as your order number for our records.
